As a vital member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and connecting potential customers with our experienced insurance sales agents. Responsibilities Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers, promoting our insurance products and services. Persuade customers to receive a sales quote from one of our experienced insurance sales agents. Work diligently to meet and exceed daily call quotas. Transfer a minimum of 20 calls per day to our sales agents. Maintain accurate records of call activities, leads generated, and transfers made. Requirements Fluent in English proficiency in other languages is a plus. Strong internet connection and a reliable headset for making calls. Ability to work the hours of 9am5pm Pacific Time. Selfmotivated and enthusiastic with excellent persuasion skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not required. Compensation Monthly salary of 350USD. Vacation time and major holidays off.
