PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The primary purpose of this role is to enable, lead, and coordinate the various functions within our Recruitment Group to ensure the achievement of both our missiondriven objectives and financial targets. MAIN MISSION Enable, Lead, and Coordinate You will enable, lead, or coordinate the various functions of our recruitment group business to provide effective and close recruitment solutions for clients and candidates. In doing so, youll collaborate with leaders in Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Technology, Human Resources, and other key areas, fostering a management style that empowers and enables your team. Develop and Apply Expertise youll develop, also thanks to our training, a deep expertise in recruitment in healthcare and related areas such as contracts between candidates and healthcare organizations, immigration law, financial and accounting considerations for candidates, mediation and conflict prevention, etc. This holistic approach will enable our company to deliver a recruitment service that integrates a comprehensive understanding of our clients businesses, candidates, and the patients they serve Drive Innovation and Transformation we aspire at becoming change leaders in our healthcare sectors, meaning that we might transform improve how recruitment is done, but also ideally eventually have an impact on how the healthcare work is delivered.
