Our mission is to help businesses expand their possibilities by managing their accounting, tax compliance, and financial planning needs, allowing them to focus on growth. Job Summary We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for lead generation, appointment setting, and closing sales for our accounting services. The ideal candidate is a resultsdriven sales professional with prior experience in sales, fluency in both Spanish and English, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP tax accounting is a big plus. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, networking, and referrals. Schedule and conduct sales calls with business owners and decisionmakers to present our accounting solutions. Close sales and onboard new clients by effectively communicating the value of our services. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Address objections and tailor solutions to meet client needs. Track and document sales activities using a CRM system. Requirements Proven sales experience preferably in telemarketing, business development, or professional services. Fluent in both English and Spanish written and spoken. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills. Ability to handle objections, overcome challenges, and close deals effectively. Familiarity with U.S. GAAP tax accounting is a big plus. Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus. Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently.
