The Job

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the entire recruitment process—from posting job listings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, JazzHR, Indeed, and other recruiting tools to attract and engage top behavioral health professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, C-level executives, and multiple departments to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Write and refine job descriptions to attract the right candidates while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, keeping hiring timelines on track without sacrificing quality.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.


The Profile

What You Bring:

  • US healthcare recruiting experience is a must. You should have a strong background in recruiting professionals in ABA therapy, mental health, nursing, or home care.
  • Self-sufficiency & expertise – You know recruitment inside and out and don’t need hand-holding.
  • Exceptional organizational skills – Ability to juggle multiple hiring needs without missing a beat.
  • Strong initiative & problem-solving skills – You anticipate challenges and act before they become issues.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration – Ability to work effectively with different departments.
  • Comfort working in the Arizona time zone to align with business operations.
