The Role
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced client relations leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment? Do you have a talent for building lasting client partnerships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless post-hire coordination? If so, we want you on our team.
As our Client Director, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive best-in-class service from offer acceptance through onboarding and beyond. You will lead client engagement, streamline processes, and work cross-functionally to drive long-term client success.
What You’ll Own
Client Relationship Management & Strategy
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they receive a white-glove experience at every stage.
- Anticipate client needs, proactively addressing concerns before they arise.
- Lead client communication via email, chat, and meetings with a focus on strategic partnership.
Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution
- Manage and optimize post-hire processes, ensuring a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (Finance, HR, and Operations).
- Monitor hiring quality, track success metrics, and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Post-Hire Coordination & Onboarding
- Oversee onboarding calls and guide clients through our processes, setting them up for long-term success.
- Streamline workflows between internal departments to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
Talent Strategy & Hiring Quality Management
- Assist in refining job descriptions to align with hiring trends and client needs.
- Oversee candidate approvals, ensuring hiring decisions meet client expectations.
- Monitor and refine service delivery to maximize hiring success.
