This role focuses on identifying and securing toptier leadership talent for our organization and clients. Youll play a crucial role in building highperforming teams through strategic recruitment and thorough candidate assessment. What Youll Do Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and seniorlevel talent. Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
