CSRs will handle incoming calls, chats, and emails while managing backend tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via incoming calls, chats, and emails. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Manage backend tasks related to order processing, returns, and customer account management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering highquality service. Requirements Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
