Strengthening Floors and Joists – Showing new joists installed alongside existing ones to improve load-bearing capacity and prevent sagging. 6. Steel Frame Installations – Used in large-scale openings (such as wrap-around extensions) to provide stability when multiple walls are removed. 7. Staircase Reconfigurations – Structural modifications to change the staircase position or add a new stair opening in the floor. 8.
