The Job

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Sales Pipeline – Research, identify, and prioritize high-potential healthcare facilities that align with our services.
  • Proactive Outreach – Engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and strategic networking to generate new business.
  • Master the Pitch – Clearly communicate our value, overcome objections, and secure buy-in from facility administrators.
  • Book High-Quality Meetings – Set up appointments with key stakeholders, ensuring leadership has the best opportunities to close deals.
  • Follow Up Relentlessly – Keep deals moving forward with persistent follow-ups and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Track & Optimize Performance – Analyze outreach efforts, identify winning strategies, and refine the sales approach for maximum impact.
  • Drive Revenue Growth – Sign new healthcare facilities and expand our network to increase our reach.
  • Collaborate with Leadership – Strategically target priority regions and facilities for maximum success.
  • Crush Performance Targets – Meet and exceed sales goals, with bonuses for every new facility signed.


The Profile

What You Need

  • Proven Sales Success – Experience in sales or business development, healthcare sales is a big plus.
  • Exceptional Communication & Persuasion – You know how to get past gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Highly Organized & Results-Driven – You can track multiple leads, manage follow-ups, and keep the sales pipeline moving.
  • Self-Starter with Strong Initiative – You take ownership, figure out how to break into new accounts, and make things happen.
