Creating a standardized and reusable format for property sales. Editing artistic labels professionally as needed and upon request. Editing photos professionally upon request. Full Time, 2 years of experience, 200 Base Plus Commission 1.LEAD GENERATION AND CLIENT ACQUISITION Identifying prospects Actively seeking out new potential clients through social media, advertising, referrals, or open house events. Followup on leads Consistently following up with contacts to ensure the client remains engaged and doesnt slip through the cracks. Property acquisition Finding properties available for sale, working with homeowners, and building relationships to gain access to new listings. 2. ADVISING AND CLOSING SALES Personalized client service Conducting interviews with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Property presentations Showing properties to clients, highlighting features that best fit their needs and desires. Price negotiations Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach agreements that are beneficial to both parties. Closing the sale Ensuring the buyer completes the purchase by handling all necessary steps to finalize the transaction. 3. SALES STRATEGIES Developing sales strategies Creating effective sales approaches for different types of clients, using market knowledge and available properties. Property promotion Actively promoting properties through various platforms such as websites, social media, and other advertising channels. Organizing open house events Planning and conducting open house events to attract potential buyers and allow them to view properties in person. Daily posting on Facebook Marketplace Creating and posting listings for properties on Facebook Marketplace and their groups in the relevant cities daily, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for each property. 4. DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND PAPERWORK Advising on legal processes Explaining and guiding the buyer through the necessary documents for the purchase, such as contracts and property titles. Coordinating with professionals Working with lawyers, notaries, and lenders to ensure all legal and financial aspects of the sale are handled smoothly. 5. POSTSALE SERVICE Followup after sale Checking in with clients after the sale to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase. Client retention Building longterm relationships with clients to encourage future sales or referrals. SKILLS REQUIRED FOR A SETLER SALES AGENT Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or related fields and graphic desing. Fulltime availability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently. Advanced English proficiency both written and spoken. Proven ability to manage administrative tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, and recordkeeping. Excellent communication skills For interacting with clients and negotiating effectively.
