Job Description
Responsibilities
1.Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT MSP and cybersecurity markets, aligning with company goals and market demands.
2.Team Leadership Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, training, and motivation to ensure high performance.
3.Target Achievement Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
4.Market Analysis Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics and strategies as necessary.
5.Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
6.Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and customer requirements.
7.Reporting Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
1.Experience Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity sectors.
2.Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of IT solutions, cybersecurity products, and current industry trends.
3.Leadership Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving team success.
4.Communication Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
5.ResultsOriented A driven and resultsoriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6.Education Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
